From light dusting and laundry services to full-service daily cleanings and bed service, the professional staff is dedicated to meeting guests' specific needs.

Laundry Service is available with a one day turn around period.
Dry Cleaning can be outsourced to another location with a 5 day turn around period.

Private Boat Transfers. Transfers include Taxi between EIS airport and ferry dock.
Helicopter Transfers: Internationally approved heliport at Oil Nut Bay with onsite Customs & Immigration. Available upon request and with advance notice from St. Thomas, Puerto Rico, and neighboring Caribbean Islands. Prices to be quoted at time of booking.
VIP arrival and departure services at EIS airport in Tortola. Available upon request and with advance notice. Prices to be quoted at time of booking.

Culinary Services (chefs, servers, bartenders, butlers) may be available.
Group Policy: Catering up to 8 guests. Parties exceeding 8 guests will be considered an event and will be subject to a separate quotation. Parties exceeding 4 persons will require a server. At least 48 hours notice is required. Bookings will be approved upon availability. Menus are based on a food cost per head. The chefs, based on availability of ingredients, can also prepare bespoke menus which will require at least 72 hours advance notice. Cancellations must be made at least 36 hours in advance or full service fees will be charged.

In-Villa Dining (i.e. Room Service) is available for all Villas & Suites. Delivery fees will be applicable for breakfast orders requested in-villa.

Sundara Spa Treatments, Sailing Lessons, Seabobbing, E-Foiling, Waterskiing, Wakeboarding, Tubing, Guided Kayaking and Paddleboarding, Guided Snorkeling, North Sound Snorkel Excursions, Kiteboarding Lessons, Winging Lessons, Pickleball Lessons and Tournaments, Tennis Lessons, Private and Group Yoga, Guided Meditation, Personal Training, Nanny Services may be available at additional cost.

Villa Notes

Check-in time is 3 P.M and check-out time is 10 A.M. Complimentary facilities are available for early arrivals and late departures.
Safety deposit boxes are available at the front desk.
Maximum additional persons per suite or villa is 1 young adult 12-17.99 years in an extra bed OR 1 child 2-11.99 years in an extra bed OR 1 infant 0-1.99 years in a cot additional to base occupancy. US $350 per rollaway per night (2-17.99 years). Rate includes breakfast, daily experimental immersions and boat transfers.
Seasonal Closure: The resort is closed entirely between August 22, 2026 to October 16, 2026 and August 21, 2027 to October 14, 2027.
