Overview

This is an incredible ski-in/ski-out property that is within walking distance to the mountain village and ideal for smaller families.

The great room is light and airy with a blend of wood and stone finishes, which absorb the natural light coming through the main windows looking out on the ski slopes. This sizeable living area features a gas fireplace.

In the open-concept main living space, the fully-equipped kitchen is connected to the great room by a breakfast counter. You sure won’t be lacking for a view while preparing family meals, as skiers carve right past your kitchen window.

With a dining table that seats six and four additional seats at the kitchen counter, along with a covered balconyoverlooking the ski slopes, this residence is set up for entertaining.

The master bedroom has a king bed. The master bath features a double vanity, a large Jacuzzi tub and a steam shower, with toiletries included. The second bedroom offers two twin beds, with a shared bathroom just across the hall. The great room also offers a queen sleeper sofa.

Access to the residence is easy with elevators serving all floors. Chateau Chamonix also offers a ski valet, ski locker room and fitness room, two hot tubs and a heated indoor/outdoor pool. A communal gas barbeque offers the opportunity to grill out.

Access to, restaurants, grocery stores and downtown Steamboat is easy using our private on-call shuttle service (available in the winter only), so renting a vehicle is not needed.
