The Ritz-Carlton: Fine Dining & Bars 

Knife & Spoon: A new MICHELIN star signature steak & seafood restaurant conceived and led by award-winning Chef John Tesar.  Serves dinner Wednesday through Sunday (5:30 pm - 10:00 pm).  Reservations are suggested. Attire is business casual. 

Highball & Harvest: This restaurant combines rustic authenticity with The Ritz-Carlton refinement to feature interactive dining, a novel railroad-inspired design, handcrafted cocktail classes, and a creative menu. Open daily from 7:00 is - 10:00 pm. 

Bleu: Take a break from the sun to cool your palate or dine al fresco at the refreshing poolside restaurant and bar at Bleu. Classic burgers, fresh seafood, and salads. Frozen drinks are prepared with the freshest ingredients.  Open Sunday through Thursday (11:00 am-5:00 pm) and Friday & Saturday (11:00 am-6:00 pm).  The attire is casual. 

Primo: MICHELIN recommended Italian Sensibility at its best. Chef Melissa Kelly creates plates with her "home-grown" concept in mind. Guests will enjoy robust flavors produced through classical cooking methods with strong inspiration from cuisines of the coastal regions of Italy, France, and Spain. Open Friday and Saturday from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm.  Reservations are suggested. The attire is casual. 

Whisper Creek Farm: The Kitchen: The restaurant features farm-inspired comfort food and craft beers from the on-site nano-brewery. Sample menu items include flatbreads, small sandwiches, snacks, and small plates all showcasing produce from Whisper Creek Farm (onsite) and local farmers. Open for dinner Monday through Sunday (5:00 pm – 11:00 pm).  The attire is casual. 

Knife Burger: Burgers and shakes from legendary Chef John Tesar along with all of your favorite poolside frosty delights.  Open daily (11:00 am – 6:30 pm).

Vitale, Spa Café: Revitalize your body at the Spa Café after a workout or treatment. Featuring healthy cuisine including great salads, power bowls, and smoothies. Attire is workout or casual. 

Citron: An American Brasserie features chef-crafted cuisine inspired by American classics that utilize seasonal and local products. The restaurant’s breakfast menu and breakfast buffet are accented by hand-crafted bread and breakfast pastries that are baked in-house each morning. Located at the adjacent JW Marriott Orlando, Grande Lakes.  Open Monday through Sunday 7:00 am to 11:00 am.  The attire is casual. 

First Drop: Savor an authentic artisanal beverage experience at First Drop®, the new signature lobby café. Taste locally roasted coffee, fresh juices, handcrafted milkshakes, and smoothies, as well as select small bites including breakfast and lunch sandwiches, salads, pastries, candy, and snacks. Open daily 6:00 am to 7:00 pm. 

Fairways Pub: The inspired clubhouse fare and a great selection of crafted microbrews and draught beer at Fairways Pub provide the perfect finishing touch to a day on the links. Featuring views of the 18th hole and the resort. To-Go menu for golfers.  Open Thursday through Sunday (11:00 am – 5:00 pm).  Attire is resort casual. 

The Lobby Lounge: Channel the nostalgia of warm summer days sipping cool drinks in the solarium at The Lobby Lounge. In a casually elegant ambiance, we call “sunroom chic,” guests are welcome to relax and savor classic cocktails reimagined.  Open Monday through Thursday (4:00 pm – 12:00 am), Friday & Saturday (12:00 pm – 1:00 am), and Sunday (12:00 pm – 12:00 am).  Friday & Saturday offer food service from 5:00 pm to 11:00 pm and live entertainment. 

In-Room Dining: Offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner all within the comfort of your guestroom. Select from traditional entrees or lighter fare options to support your dietary needs. Available 6:00 am to 11:00 pm 

The Ritz-Carlton: Spa

Spread across 40,000 sq. ft., the spa at this Orlando resort is a destination in itself. Guests are invited to forget the outside world for a few hours or an entire day, to give in to the soothing elements of nature and emerge refreshed, relaxed, and revitalized. This wellness retreat offers 40 treatment rooms, a full salon, and a barbershop offering an array of services. The Ritz-Carlton: Golf

The Central Florida landscape provided inspiration to legendary golf course designer Greg Norman, who worked with nature to create challenging greens, wide fairways, and hazards. The 18-hole championship course is a Certified Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary and tests the abilities of every skill level. The Orlando hotel golf club also features a clubhouse, restaurant, and lessons for both children and adults. 

The Ritz-Carlton: Kid’s Program

The Ritz Kids drop-off program offers a variety of supervised physical and creative activities designed for children ages 4 to 12. Ritz Kids has something for every child on vacation.
