Overview

Within the villa, the spaces are light-filled, designed for calm contemplation or, equally, for impressive entertaining. The View features five bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms and access to the sun terrace, guest and professional kitchens, cutting-edge design incorporating rough stone, polished glass and clean lines, spacious lounge built around the fireplace focal point, sliding floor-to-ceiling windows, elevator access to all floors and terraces, spacious swimming pool, landscaped gardens and sun terrace with views over the Bay of Villefranche.

With amazing terraces, some intimate and shaded, others sweeping and extravagant, The View has the most fantastic panoramic views over the peninsula of Cap Ferrat, Villefranche and Mediterranean sea.

The View can comfortably welcome up to10 guests offering approximately 300 square meters (3,229 square feet) of living area within a half acre garden within a gated estate. The exteriors are set with extensive furnished terraces and heated infinity swimming pool facing the sea that extends with a lawn garden.
