The architectural gem was recognized as a historic monument in 1996. Over the centuries, the property has changed hands, and in 2011, the Manoir was modernized while preserving its authentic character. The vision: to awaken the sleeping soul of Saint-Calais, redesign its spaces, and create experiences that honor its past while embracing the future. Location Details
Saint-Calais is located two miles from Conches-en-Ouche, Normandy, in the Eure Region, just beyond Paris. It is accessible by train (1 hour, 15 minutes) or car (1 hour, 30 minutes) from Paris. The region is known for its picturesque blend of rolling countryside, half-timbered villages, and rich medieval history. Scenic forests and valleys invite hiking and cycling, while local markets offer a taste of Normandy’s renowned cheeses and ciders.
Villa Notes
Guests note: there is no central AC, as it is rarely necessary in Normandy. There are a couple of portable AC units for those few hot summer nights, as well as fans as requested.

Rates displayed are based on the standard pricing. Fully staffed rates are available upon request. Rates are based on a 7 night stay. Shorter stays may be accepted during the low and shoulder seasons at a slightly higher nightly rate. Contact a villa specialist for details.
