Overview

This home is perfect for entertaining with seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms, two large living areas with large flat screen TV's and relaxing sitting areas to enjoy the beachfront life. Featuring spectacular ocean views, large pool, hot tub and outdoor seating with private access to the beach!

Nine steps leads you to the grand entrance of the home. Upon entering the home immediately to the right is bedroom one which has a king bed, flat screen TV and a private bathroom with shower. Bedroom two has ocean views with a king bed, flat screen TV, private bathroom with a shower. There is also a power room in the hall between these two bedrooms. Directly in front of the entrance of the home is the first of two living rooms that has an ocean view, a sleeper sofa, a chair, large flat screen TV, decorative fireplace, a bar area and a desk with an apple computer.  Bedroom three has a king bed flat screen TV and a private bathroom with shower. The fourth bedroom on this level has a king bed, flat screen TV, and a door leading out to the pool patio. This bedroom shares the hall bath with a standing shower, there is also a washer and dryer in this bath. Up a flight of stairs to the midlevel is the fifth bedroom with two queen beds, a flat screen TV and private bath with a walk in shower.

The second level of this beautiful home has the best views in the house. The main living area is open floor plan with a large living room leading out to the upper level balcony, perfect for evening meals and morning coffee. There is also a grill on this balcony. There are two dining areas in this home, one large dining table just off the kitchen that seats ten and a smaller dining nook seating six. The large kitchen has been recently renovated and is open to the entire floor, making it perfect for large family gatherings. Also on this upper level is the master bedroom. With a king bed, large flat screen, decorative fireplace and a private sitting area, this is the perfect little oasis with big ocean views. This master also features a his and hers bathroom (hers with a Jacuzzi tub) and two large walk in closets. The seventh bedroom is up a short flight of stairs and has two twin bunk beds each with an additional trundle, sleeping six (there is no TV). This room uses a half bath in the hall.
