Overview

The villa features a large garden with sea views and a host of goodies. The garden is large and spacious and offers great views over the Mediterranean Sea and the bay of Marbella. There is a large infinity swimming pool from where you can enjoy the wonderful views while you go for a swim or are just cooling off. Furthermore there is a large covered bar area in a Caribbean style with a bar, outside dining area and barbecue. This is the perfect place to enjoy a drink or bite after a dive in the pool.

The rest of the garden is maturely designed with palm and fruit trees plus lawn. At the end of the garden there is a petanque area for a relaxed game or two. The villa has six bedrooms and five bathrooms and has a great sense of space. Five bedrooms have their own bathrooms and are spaciously designed and very nicely furnished. One of the bedrooms also has a private lounge and kitchen area with external access (or those traveling with teenage children or staff this bedroom would suit perfectly.)

There is a professional spa area with a large Jacuzzi, steam room and Finnish sauna. Next to the spa there is a fitness area, well equipped for a good work out.

Apart from that there is a great entertainment room with a bar, pool table and football table; The perfect place for a game at night while not forgetting the cinema room where you can enjoy a good movie if you prefer a lazy night.

The villa is located in the area La Cerquilla in the most luxurious district of Nueva Andalucia. Not only is this the best area in Nueva Andalucia, it is also still very close to all of Marbella’s prime spots such as Puerto Banus, Marbella Old Town and Nueva Andalucia’s best restaurants, bars, shops and nightclubs.The villa is gated and has an all round alarm system. There is a private driveway with room for several cars and a parking garage for two cars.
