Overview

Villa "The Art House," also known as The Art House, is a 3-bedroom villa located in Flamands within minutes of the beach and shopping. This villa is set in a tropical garden with breathtaking views of the Flamands Beach and the island of Boulanger.

Designed in a traditional colonial style, this villa was fully renovated in 2011. The interior is decorated and furnished in a contemporary style with the living room and bedrooms all featuring original artwork. The light and airy living room has cozy seating for 6, stone floors, picture windows, and access to a covered terrace with sitting area.

The living room opens to a well-equipped kitchen and a covered terrace housing a dining area with seating for 6 and an outside bar with stools. A built-in barbecue makes this an ideal spot for entertaining.

The lower level has 3 bedrooms and a 300-sq.ft. swimming pool surrounded by a wooden terrace and loungers, perfect for sunbathing or reading poolside.

The main bedroom opens to the pool area and has a king-size bed or twin beds, blackout curtains, a ceiling fan, and an ensuite bathroom. The 2 other bedrooms have king-size beds or twin beds, blackout curtains, ceiling fans, and share a single bathroom with double vanities. The house also has central air-conditioning, WiFi, high-speed Internet, and U.S. satellite TV.

"The Art House" comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for young children.
