Villa Coco

Overview

Villa Coco is a contemporary 3-bedroom villa located in Lorient within minutes of several beaches and shopping. This villa offers stunning views of the ocean and neighboring islands.

The indoor living room is comfortably furnished with white sofas and opens to the well-equipped, gourmet kitchen with slate tile and stainless steel appliances. The dining table seats 8 and is located just off the kitchen on a covered terrace.

All 3 air-conditioned bedrooms are spacious and have teak, king-size beds, and ensuite bathrooms. Two bedrooms are located on the main level, while the third bedroom is located on the lower level adjacent to a well-equipped fitness area with a weight machine, treadmill, and more. The master bedroom opens to the pool deck.

The outdoor, covered living area near the lawn is comfortably furnished with a white sofa, partially set into the wall, and cushioned seats. A second sitting area is also comfortably furnished, set into the wall, and located near the Jacuzzi, which seats up to 6 guests.

The terrace also has a gourmet grill, which is perfect for entertaining outdoors, and 6 chaise loungers. The infinity pool is uniquely shaped like a nautilus shell with a raised level in the middle. The house also has high-speed Internet, U.S. and French satellite TV, and the use of a dryer (a maid uses the washer).

Villa Coco comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for young children.
