Villa Marisa Marisa KYR is a 4-bedroom villa located in Lurin within minutes of several beaches and shopping. This villa enjoys spectacular views of the landscape and ocean.

The décor features bamboo stalks, artwork, and exotic wood. The spacious, open living room is comfortably furnished and connects to the well-equipped kitchen, which opens to the pool and view.

The large master bedroom is just a few steps up from the kitchen and has a large dressing area and an en suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom (with an exterior shower) is on the other side of the villa, while the other 2 bedrooms are located on the lower level down a flight of stairs. Three bedrooms have king-size platform beds, while 1 bedroom offers twin beds or a king-size bed.

The large, heated infinity pool overlooks the panoramic view. A gas grill is located on a separate deck just below the pool, making this an ideal spot to entertain. The house also has air-conditioning in the bedrooms, WiFi, and the U.S. and French satellite TV.

Villa Marisa Marisa KYR comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for children, ages 8 and older, but does not allow pets.
