Villa La Percha is a luxurious, ocean-front villa located in the prestigious Ocean Point development on the island of Providenciales. Situated on a promontory between beautiful Taylor Bay and Sapodilla Bay the home offers turquoise blue ocean vistas from every room. The constant sea breeze provides a perfect environment in which to relax, unwind and enjoy the beauty of this Caribbean villa.
With four bedrooms and four-and-a-half baths, the villa is ideal for several couples to share, or for a perfect family vacation. Three minutes along a quiet footpath will bring you to Taylor Bay, one of the island’s best-kept secrets. This soft, white-sand beach is calm, sheltered and shallow, making it ideal for children or just relaxing with a good book and an amazing view! For those with a little more energy there are also tennis courts available for your pleasure across the road from the villa and adjacent to the beach.

Bathroom Details
All bedrooms have private en-suite bathrooms, except in the apartment where the private bathroom is shared. Each bathroom is spacious and luxurious, and finished with the finest Italian marble, chrome towel rails, and a range of soft cotton luxury bath and hand towels. Three bathrooms have both large showers, containing both an overhead rain shower as well as a wall shower. They also have sunken double-ended baths for a long relaxing soak. All bathrooms have large walk-in showers, with both rain and wall showers.
