With an infinity-edge pool, plush bar pavilion, pool table, TV room, and 180-degree views of the Caribbean Sea, this villa is ideal for daytime relaxation or evening soirees. EauSea's location makes for lots of lovely island breezes, and it's also a perfect jumping off point for exploring St. John.
And for days when you're more in the mood to put your feet up than go out on adventures, this villa is definitely the place to be. A large great room and kitchen area is equipped with every modern convenience and Wolf and SubZero appliances. The four-bedroom suites are private and richly appointed (three with outdoor showers), and each has its own secluded patio with a view of the sea.
Returning home after a long day in the sun, you can relax and watch tv by the outdoor bar area or just freshen up before rolling down the hill for a taste of Cruz Bay's laid-back nightlife.

Bookings at this villa are non-refundable. All rates are based on double occupancy per room, with the exception of children aged 2 - under. A $50 per person, per night fee applies for extra guests above maximum occupancy, subject to owner approval. A mandatory cleaning fee applies for stays of less than 5 nights. One complimentary greeting is included with each reservation. If you arrive later than 9:00 pm on St. John, there is a charge of $65 for your arrival.
